Polyethylene anticorrosive adhesive tape



1. Product structure description:

The composite polyethylene anticorrosive adhesive tape is made by using polyethylene particles of various densities as the base film and butyl rubber as the adhesive layer according to its different uses. It can be compounded in the hot melt state. It is divided into inner belt, outer belt and patch belt. The inner belt plays the role of anti-corrosion insulation, and the outer belt plays a protective role. According to the grade structure requirements of the anti-corrosion layer, it is divided into ordinary grade, reinforced grade and special reinforced grade.



2. Product performance characteristics:

A) Polyethylene and butyl rubber are selected as basic materials, melted and heated to compound plastic polymer materials, which have good structure, excellent insulation and corrosion resistance, and low water absorption.

B) Wide temperature resistance range, stable performance in the range of -30 ℃～80 ℃.

C) There are two anticorrosive structures of polyethylene anticorrosive tape (SY/T0414-2007):

1. Multi-layer anti-corrosion system consisting of primer + inner layer of anti-corrosion tape + outer layer of protective tape;

2. Or the primer + anti-corrosion tape directly constitutes the anti-corrosion structure.

D) Long service life, more than 30 years of service life.

E) It has a wide range of applications, and can be used for pipes from DN50 to DN2200mm.

F) The construction is convenient and fast, no curing period is needed, no environmental pollution, sanitary operation, environmental protection, suitable for prefabrication and on-site construction in normal temperature factories.

G) Low overall cost.




3. Product application range:

It is widely used in the corrosion protection of buried steel pipelines in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, electric power, city gas, drainage, sewage and other industries. For specific construction technology, please refer to the construction technical plan manual provided by our company.
