I. Overview
Corrosion-resistant and waterproof elastic rubber is a nano-level high-elasticity and corrosion-resistant material obtained by modifying silicone rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber and other synthetic polymer materials. The material has outstanding viscoelasticity, certain tensile strength, excellent adhesion, good chemical resistance and UV aging resistance. The material is a two-component system, which is easy to use. By adding a composite flame retardant, a good flame retardant effect can be achieved. This product is mainly used in military and nuclear industry facilities. It is also used in other occasions with special requirements.
Corrosion-resistant and waterproof elastic glue is formulated into an elastic clay layer, which can greatly improve the impact resistance and damping of the coating, and can effectively resist the changes in the outer edge of the large oil tank and the vibration during operation. The resulting coating cracks.

2. Product features
1. The waterproof layer is formed into a film by applying several layers of elastic glue and then solidly drying, without lap joints and gaps;
2. The adhesion and peeling strength of the waterproof adhesive layer to the tank wall and cement surface is high;
3. The gap and transition between the bottom plate and the cement platform are preset with a triangular permanent elastic buffer layer similar to the glue layer, which can effectively dampen the expansion vibration of the edge plate;
4. The brushing process is cold coating operation, and no fire is required;
5. Good weather resistance and high elastic elongation, guaranteeing a period of over eight to ten years.
