1. Product introduction

This product is an updated product of epoxy coal tar pitch glass cloth anticorrosive layer. This product is composed of two parts: a base tape and a styling glue. The base tape is a polypropylene non-woven fabric impregnated with epoxy-based substrate glue, which replaces alkali and waxy Glass cloth, styling glue is a solvent-free epoxy coal tar paint, instead of solvent epoxy coal tar paint.

In order to meet the various anti-corrosion layer thicknesses required by the national standard GB 50268, China National Petroleum Industry Standard SY/T 4007 and Sinopec Industry Standard SH 3022, three types of products are available, namely: GH 401 reinforced grade with a combined anti-corrosion layer thickness of 0.4 mm, 0.6㎜ GH 402 special reinforced grade and 0.8㎜ GH 403 thickened grade (that is, Sinopec standard special grade). In order to adapt to the large temperature difference between the north and south of China, the matching styling glue is divided into three types according to the construction environment temperature, namely: normal temperature glue (called J type, used above 5℃), low temperature glue (called D type, -5 Used above ℃) and ultra-low temperature glue (called E type, used below -5℃).

This product was appraised by the Beijing Municipal Management Committee in 2004. It is believed to be convenient for construction, reduce costs, improve anti-corrosion quality, and improve environmental protection. 2. Product features

1. Polypropylene non-woven fabric does not contain wax and alkali, which eliminates the disadvantages of poor adhesion and high water absorption caused by glass fiber cloth containing wax and alkali, and is not resistant to acid, alkali, and salt erosion, which greatly improves Cohesive strength, mechanical strength and anti-corrosion performance of epoxy coal tar pitch coating in saline-alkali areas.

2. The styling glue is a solvent-free formula, with dense coating and no pinholes, which greatly improves the quality of the anti-corrosion layer.

3. Adopt the construction technology of two glues (or three glues) to replace the three oils and one cloth reinforced grade and the four oils and two cloth super strong grades required in the original standard and the five oils and three cloth super strong grades of Sinopec. Simplify the construction process, shorten the construction period, improve the work efficiency, and save the project cost.

4. This product has three types of styling glues that can be constructed at different ambient temperatures. It can be constructed anywhere, any season, and any temperature conditions, so that the epoxy coal tar anticorrosion can be constructed all-weather, which solves the multiple requirements specified in the original standard. This kind of bad environment cannot be constructed.

5. The base belt and styling glue of this product are supplied as a complete set, which improves the prefabrication of epoxy coal tar pitch coating on site. After construction, the coating thickness is uniform, the quality is stable, the appearance is beautiful, and the corrosion resistance is excellent.


3. Scope of application

It is suitable for the anticorrosion of the outer wall of buried and underwater steel oil, natural gas, tap water, and heating pipelines. It is also suitable for the waterproofing of concrete structures such as the bottom of steel storage tanks, sewage pools, roof waterproof layers, toilets, bathrooms, and basements. And anti-leakage.

5、Instructions

1. With styling glue. Part A: Part B = 1:1 (weight ratio).

2. Construction sequence. Glue-wrap the base tape (the base tape is not divided into front and back)-glue-cure and keep in good health.

6、product packaging

1. The product is packed in a carton with a certificate of conformity. Each box contains 10 square meters of base belt and 1 barrel each of the styling glue A and B components. The net content per barrel is 4kg for GH 401, 5kg per barrel for GH 402, and 6 per barrel for GH 403. ㎏.

2. The supporting diluent is packed in small iron drums with a net content of 10kg per drum.

3. When ordering, it is recommended to estimate the amount of cold-wrapped tape 1.1 times the actual anti-corrosion area and round it to the number of boxes.


7、matters needing attention

1. The base tape, styling glue (including components A and B) and cleaning thinner supplied by our company must be used in conjunction.

2. The matching quantity of styling glue in each box is only the normal amount for the construction of the standard structure of the anti-corrosion layer. If users need to use styling glue with putty or increase the number of brushing passes, they should purchase additional styling glue.

3. When transporting, load and unload lightly, and the carton should be placed upright to prevent rain and sunlight.

4. Keep the original packaging during storage and store it in a warehouse with qualified fire protection measures. The storage period is one year from the date of production. The expired products can still be used if their technical performance meets the corporate standard.
